A fierce warrior, certainly a feared one. He is one of the best, killing is his trade, of which he is a master. Blood pools in his footsteps, drips from his armor, lubricates his blade. His skin is iron; cold and hard, with fearsome images carved into it with masterful craftsmanship. Wherever he walks, people move out of his way.
Such a lonely life.
And yet with all of his mass, his bloodstained armor, he fails to frighten a baby. He is awed that regardless of his history, such a small, young thing isn't afraid of him. This inquisitive hatchling is enough to slip between the plates of his armor and set a tiny flame of warmth in his cold, lonely heart.
